Commercial Checking Accounts

All business accounts have a monthly maintenance fee of $5.00. Checks are not returned in your monthly statement. If you wish to receive your checks back with your statement, the monthly maintenance fee will be $10.00. There is a minimum balance of $500.00 on all business accounts. If your balance falls below the minimum there will be an additional $.03 charge for each debit and credit transaction that clears your account during your statement cycle.

Independence State Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
